This position is under the Provincial Nutrition Governance Program (PNGP) with the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Foundation (KGJF). PNGP focuses on nutrition (during the first 1,000 days) and food security. The Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant will provide technical support to ensure the project’s compliance with ZFF’s L&D processes. S/he will help develop and finalize training materials and facilitate training sessions with the team and partners. The assistant will also provide administrative and financial management support in contracting resource persons, facilitators, and documenters for the project’s capacity-building programs.

The Learning and Development Associate is responsible for planning, designing, developing, pilot testing, and managing training products of Bridging Leadership Philippine Population Management Program and other ASRH initiatives of TCI. S/he will also function as a training resource person and manager, as needed, during actual runs of ZFF modules and workshops.

The associate will also ensure quality M&E and KM data and project reports for review by the Deputy Director, Chief of Party, M&E Expert, and Learning and Development Associate.

This position is under The Challenge Initiative (TCI), one of ZFF’s partnership programs on adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH), which focuses on reducing teenage pregnancies. The Regional Associate is responsible for the Bridging Leadership-Philippine Population Management Program (BLPPMP) activities in the region assigned. S/he is accountable for the relevant indicators for the region, especially that of the TCI city. Under the supervision of the BL-PPMP project manager, the RAO will lead the implementation of the leadership, technical, and coaching interventions for the program. As training coordinator, s/he will ensure seamless training and coaching activities at the regional, provincial, city, and municipal levels. S/he will also lead and ensure the quality of training and practicum activities for the regional personnel in coordination with TCI BLPPMP’s learning and development associate, and coach and mentor regional personnel in the conduct and quality assurance of training and practicum activities in TCI cities. The RAO may lead, co-lead, or take part in knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation activities at the regional and city levels.

This position is under BARMMHealth, one of ZFF’s partnership programs on adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH). The Deputy Project Manager (DPM) will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project operations meet the objectives based on the agreed work plan, budget, and timeline. S/he will oversee the responsibilities of Senior Project Associates and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective monitoring of the project implementation and the harvesting and dissemination of project lessons and experiences. The DPM is also responsible for planning, designing, developing, piloting, and managing training products of BARMMHealth and other ASRH and nutrition projects in BARMM. The DPM is in charge of gathering and analyzing training and development needs, translating them into training products or programs anchored on program goals or performance objectives, and ensuring compliance with institutional product development protocols/processes. The DPM facilitates pilot-testing of developed designs and materials and necessary iterations based on quality assurance feedback and findings. The DPM also functions as Training Resource Person and Manager, as needed, during actual runs of ZFF modules and workshops.

This position is under the ZFF’s partnership program called Youth Leadership and Governance Project which is focused on adolescent sexual and reproductive health – reducing prevalence of teenage pregnancy. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate will establish and monitor the implementation of M&E systems and lead project knowledge management. The M&E Associate will conduct a regular monitoring and reporting on the project status and liaise with external consultants in the development of contracts and implementation of assessment studies.

This position is under the ZFF unit called Knowledge Management Group which is focused on harvesting and processing of Foundation’s knowledge and lessons learned. The Research Associate spearheads technical support, coordination and management to strengthen the research agenda and capacity of the Foundation which may include, among others: managing internal and external research teams, individuals, and networks (research advisory & ethics review boards); and providing technical assistance to ZFF Units on research and translation/dissemination into policy or program recommendations in support of the Foundation’s vision “to enhance the quality of life of the Filipino by focusing on the achievement of targets in the country’s Sustainable Development Goals for health, in partnership with government and other stakeholders.”
