This role will also help design and manage the M&E framework and plan incorporated in ZFF. In close collaboration with PQM, they will lead in portraying the data analyzed and its impact in the organization.

Ideally, the person in this role is adept in the latest media channels, metrics, and design to be able to provide a clear direction. Human Resource Management Associate

This position is under the training arm of the Foundation – ZFF Institute. The Digital Learning Expert, with guidance from the Associate Director, provides overall direction on the use of ZFF's Learning Management System. S/he establishes standards and acts as the clearinghouse for all courses and materials that will be uploaded in the LMS. S/he also provides product development support to Public Offerings and Staff Formation in terms of online course creation.

This position is under the training arm of the Foundation – ZFF Institute. The Public Offering (PO) Manager shall ensure the ZFFI PO is able to meet its deliverables, and the processes undertaken adhere to standards. S/he supervises the Training Management Associate and the Learning and Development Expert of the PO, and coordinates with the Monitoring and Evaluation Associate for M&E requirements of the courses offered by the subunit. She shall engage participants to enroll in the courses and ensure they perform post-training L&D activities if needed. S/he is also responsible for the development and maintenance of a network of partners who can help in the L&D activities of the subunit.

The L&D Partnerships Associate works with the L&D Partnerships Manager in operationalizing training and learning partnerships involved in the replication or scale-up of ZFF’s capacity building programs and knowledge products. S/he will also be in-charge of monitoring the Academic Partners Consortium and its members.

The Product Development Expert shall lead the planning, designing, developing, implementing, and assessing of new Bridging Leadership-based training products that capacitate targeted leaders. The position is also in charge of developing relevant training paraphernalia and other materials customized to target clients based on regional, demographic, and sector-specific contexts.

The Partnerships and Standards Lead has oversight on the learning and development standards and processes applied in ZFF capacity development interventions (L&D standard) and the partnerships for learning and development established (L&DP). S/he will supervise the L&D Partnership Manager, QACAP Associate, Content Developer Associate, and Digital Learning Expert. S/he also acts as deputy director of the ZFFI.
