This position is under The Challenge Initiative (TCI), one of ZFF’s partnership programs on adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH), which focuses on reducing teenage pregnancies.

The Regional Associate is responsible for the Bridging Leadership-Philippine Population Management Program (BLPPMP) activities in the region assigned. S/he is accountable for the relevant indicators for the region, especially that of the TCI city.

Under the supervision of the BL-PPMP project manager, the RAO will lead the implementation of the leadership, technical, and coaching interventions for the program. As training coordinator, s/he will ensure seamless training and coaching activities at the regional, provincial, city, and municipal levels. S/he will also lead and ensure the quality of training and practicum activities for the regional personnel in coordination with TCI BLPPMP’s learning and development associate, and coach and mentor regional personnel in the conduct and quality assurance of training and practicum activities in TCI cities.

The RAO may lead, co-lead, or take part in knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation activities at the regional and city levels.

The City Associate will be under the supervision of the Deputy Director and Chief of Party for TCI in the Philippines.

S/he will coordinate TCI activities, including monitoring, training, coaching, and mentoring of city-level stakeholders. The associate will establish effective administrative, management, and dissemination systems in compliance with ZFF’s protocols on monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and knowledge management (KM).

The associate will also ensure the quality of M&E and KM data and project reports to be reviewed by the Deputy Director, Chief of Party, M&E Expert, and Learning and Development Associate.

This position is under the Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) Portfolio, which focuses on implementing ASRH-related projects to ZFF partner provinces. The MEL Expert will co-develop and facilitate learning workshops with M&E and Portfolio leads, and engage partners in identifying evidence-based ways to adapt and scale interventions. This role will also help design and manage the M&E framework and plan incorporated in ZFF. In close collaboration with Program Quality Management Associate, they will lead in portraying the data analyzed and its impact in the organization.
