The associate is responsible for the program on the acceleration of the implementation of Universal Health Care, for the Department of Health Centers for Health Development . The associate shall ensure the development of the bridging leadership capacities of the regional officials and the implementation of their practicum plans.

Requirements

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the health and development sector, preferably on health leadership and development, public health, health system, and learning and development.
Medical doctor with or without a master’s degree in health-related sciences, or a graduate of any health-related science with a master’s degree on public health or any related field
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Exemplary skills in project development implementation
Strong presentation and technical writing skills
Can work independently with minimal to no supervision
A self-starter and can work in a fast-paced environment
Can provide technical support to all levels within the organization
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Knowledgeable in social innovations, learning and development and implementation
Finds opportunities for learning and application
Has resilience and grit in complex and challenging situations
