Job Description

This position is under the training arm of the Foundation – ZFF Institute.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant supports the M&E and Learning Manager in the consolidation of M&E and learning data, and coordination of M&E and learning activities based on the sub-units Work and Financial Plan.

Requirements

College graduate with background on M&E, and understanding of M&E training program and related M&E systems and processes, and social innovations
With at least 5 years’ experience in health or development work, with focus on M&E

Qualifications

Must have knowledge on monitoring and evaluation, learning and development
Must have Bridging Leadership Training Certification
Must have clear purpose of communication with efficient and appropriate use of language
Able to do quantitative analysis of data
