City Associate – Santiago

Job Description

This position is under The Challenge Initiative (TCI), one of ZFF’s partnership programs on adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH), which focuses on reducing teenage pregnancies. The City Associate will be under the supervision of the Deputy Director and Chief of Party for TCI in the Philippines. S/he will coordinate TCI activities, including monitoring, training, coaching, and mentoring of city-level stakeholders. The associate will establish effective administrative, management, and dissemination systems in compliance with ZFF’s protocols on monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and knowledge management (KM). The associate will also ensure the quality of M&E and KM data and project reports to be reviewed by the Deputy Director, Chief of Party, M&E Expert, and Learning and Development Associate.


  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in health and development sector, and Technical Knowledge in sexual and reproductive health (family planning, maternal and child health)
  • At least 18 masteral units in public health, local health systems, community development, or any related field


  • Must have competent to exemplar skills in strategic management, leadership and governance, program management and implementation, and communications
