Human Resource Associate

Job Description

This position is under the Human Resources (HR) Unit. The Human Resource Associate will lead the Human Resource Development (HRD) sub-unit, which manages the implementation of the Staff Formation program, Performance Management System (monthly productivity tracking, annual performance planning, and KRA/KPI setting and appraisal), and Career Management System (career planning, monitoring and evaluation, and secretarial functions). The HR Associate also handles the staff engagement programs and activities.

Requirements

  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in any HRD facets: learning & development, performance management, career development, or employee engagement
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 masteral units in Human Resource or any related field

Qualifications

  • Must have familiarity in any or all phases of the training cycle: ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning)
  • Should be a self-starter and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management experience is an advantage
