Information Management System Manager

Job Description

The Information Management System Manager strategically oversees and manages the Foundation’s Knowledge Management platforms and provision of technical assistance in the usability of the Knowledge Management infrastructure. The role will lead the establishment of the Knowledge Management infrastructure including usability, storage and retrieval. The IMS Manager is also responsible for the overall management of the ZFF Institute’s online Learning and Management System. S/he is responsible for establishing and maintaining the online learning platform and leads in the designing, developing and monitoring of ZFF’s online learning and development products that can be accessed remotely by both ZFF staff and external partners availing of ZFF Institute’s public offerings.


  • With at least 9 years relevant work experience as IT professional and on e-learning systems and digital course development
  • Preferably with graduate studies related to the field of Learning Management Systems


  • With skills on learning management system administration and coordination, (e.g., Moodle SCORM/AICC) or any e-Learning Platform, multimedia development and formats, programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, etc.
  • With working knowledge of web technologies and development
  • Competent skills in IT infrastructures, systems, applications, and software, and a good background in project development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
