Learning and Development Assistant

Job Description

This position is under the Provincial Nutrition Governance Program (PNGP) with the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Foundation (KGJF). PNGP focuses on nutrition (during the first 1,000 days) and food security. The Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant will provide technical support to ensure the project’s compliance with ZFF’s L&D processes. S/he will help develop and finalize training materials and facilitate training sessions with the team and partners. The assistant will also provide administrative and financial management support in contracting resource persons, facilitators, and documenters for the project’s capacity-building programs.


  • With 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the health, nutrition, and development sectors
  • Bachelor's Degree in social studies, development studies, education management, or any related field


  • With experience in knowledge management, training, capacity-building activities on leadership and governance, and coordination with municipal and government offices
  • Must have experience and competent skills in stakeholder management, technical and report writing, project implementation, and training management activities
