Monitoring and Evaluation Associate

Job Description

This position is under the ZFF’s partnership program called Youth Leadership and Governance Project which is focused on adolescent sexual and reproductive health – reducing prevalence of teenage pregnancy. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate will establish and monitor the implementation of M&E systems and lead project knowledge management. The M&E Associate will conduct a regular monitoring and reporting on the project status and liaise with external consultants in the development of contracts and implementation of assessment studies.

Requirements

  • With at least 3 years of progressive work experience in M&E for public health or development sector
  • With at least 12 units of graduate studies in Public Health, Local Health System, Community Development, or related studies

Qualifications

  • Must have above average skills in monitoring and evaluation, research
  • Has advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Statistics Software
  • Has good presentation and technical writing skills
  • Has resilience and grit in complex and challenging situations
