Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Associate

Job Description

This position is under the Partnerships Unit, which focuses on building partnerships, policies and coalition with external funders and other organizations. The MEL Associate will co-develop and facilitate learning workshops with M&E and Portfolio leads, and engage partners in identifying evidence-based ways to adapt and scale interventions. This role will also help design and manage the M&E framework and plan incorporated in ZFF. In close collaboration with PQM, they will lead in portraying the data analyzed and its impact in the organization.

Requirements

  • With at least 5 years’ relevant and progressive work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in social science, economics, business administration, or any related field
  • Preferably with at least 18 graduate units in similar fields

Qualifications

  • Must have good background in Public Health
  • Has proven experience in convening people of technical teams
